Have a tour around Iran’s only international cemetery

Located in the heart of capital city of Tehran, the cemetery of the Allies of World War II emerges in a land of a few thousand meters.

AKA Tehran War Cemetery, the land with trees and colorful flowers, generally hosts various kinds of birds.

Among the green land, there are over 500 graves.

A small dome memorial building, made up of turquoise with the characteristics of Iranian architecture, is located at the end of the cemetery.

Every year, on June 6, a memorial event is held in the presence of ambassadors of the related countries in the cemetery.
